Baltic x ADHD – Sometimes I Feel… is a seven-piece capsule created after my own ADHD diagnosis, designed for anyone who has ever felt “too much”, “not enough”, or simply misunderstood. This range turns those hard-to-explain emotions into wearable statements that spark real conversations, just from someone reading the message on your chest or back.

Collection concept

Each design starts with the words “Sometimes I feel…” and finishes the sentence with a feeling people with ADHD – and many others – know all too well: overwhelmed, invisible, wired, exhausted, scattered, too loud, or like they’re falling behind.
By putting those thoughts into bold, readable typography, the range validates what’s going on in your head and makes it easier to say, “This is me today” without having to explain everything from scratch.

Who it’s for

This capsule is for people living with ADHD who are tired of masking and want clothing that actually reflects their inner world, not just a trending slogan.
It’s also for anyone who resonates with these feelings – neurodivergent or not – and wants to show empathy and support, opening up more honest conversations about mental health in everyday spaces.

Designs and message

Across the seven designs, each piece focuses on a different “Sometimes I feel…” moment, balancing vulnerability with a quiet confidence that says, “I’m still here, still trying.”
The graphics are intentionally clear and easy to read from a distance, so a stranger or friend can catch the message, recognise themselves in it, and start a conversation like, “Hey, I feel like that too.”

This range is built to reduce shame and increase language around how ADHD actually feels day-to-day – far beyond productivity hacks and stereotypes.
Every design aims to normalise those experiences: you’re not dramatic, lazy, or broken for feeling this way; you’re human, and you deserve to be seen exactly as you are.

Unisex sizing with a relaxed, true-to-size fit.
Men: stick to your normal size for a regular fit or size up for an oversized look.

Machine wash at 30°C with similar colours.
Line dry only. Do not bleach. Medium iron. Do not tumble dry. Dry clean safe.
