We are creatures of habit, we know how to disguise our problems very well. We are able to put on a 'brave face' without even our closest colleagues or friends noticing anything's wrong. If we can do it, so can they.
Rates of suicide are increasing
In Northern Ireland, where Baltic Apparel was born, the suicide rate in Men is nearly 4x as much for women. (2022,Samaritans) We know not everyone's story is laid out, but we ask ourselves, can Baltic do something to change that?
